When they started the job the roofers found lots of extra cost problems but he ever changed his estimate. All the workers were professional and friendly and the job went smoothly. Because of the unknowns it took a second day for the repairs to be completed but the areas were cleaned up like no-one was there. I highly recommend C&R as a top notch roof specialist. You can tell lots about a contractor by what they show up in and the way they work with a customer. You won't find a better match then this company.

Comments: I have concrete tiles on my roof, and a few were broken by the hail storm last summer. I had tried since then to get a roofer to fix the broken tiles, and some rotted wood. Each one I contacted wanted 2 things: 1. hat did my insurance appraiser say? and 2. They asked if I had any of the tile on my roof as they didn't know what kind it was. or if they could find it. Finally, I came across Carlos on Homeadvisor. He responded immediately and came to look at my roof, the same day in fact. As e looked at the roof, he told me what type of tile I had and said "he has that". He took ample pictures on the roof, and shoed me the damaged areas. He gave me a quote, it was fair, right in line with other quotes I had had. I asked when he could start, he said next Tuesday. We signed a contract. Next Tuesday (2 days ago), he and a partner showed up promptly at 0830, Turns out, I also had a section of my roof being attacked by Carpenter Ants. I called my pest control service, and they came out and treated. Carlos and I adjusted the contract on the spot, (very fair again), and on day 2 he had expanded his crew, and proceeded to rebuild a section of my roof. Bottom Line: I found a reliable service that actually knew my roof, and got repairs done all within 1 week, at a fair price. C&R Roofing is not only on my short list for roof repair, they are my short list. If you have a roof issue, do yourself a favor, and at least give him a shot to give you a quote and talk to you about your roof.

The gentleman who came out showed me where I could have simple issues with a leak but he ultimately found the true source of the leak. He could have easily charged me for the roof repair, which I was dreading because I thought it was going to be in the thousands. It turned out to be an awesome experience and he showed me where I could easily do things and save tons of money. In all I wouldn t recommend any other company than this one. I would have paid more from my insurance just for him to come out, than what it actually is going to cost me to fix the leak. I offered to pay him at least something, but he respectfully declined. From beginning to end of the project, he was eager, confident, and customer-service oriented, responding immediately, although on a weekend, to our project description on Home Advisor. Soon, he came out to do the estimate (also replacing a screen that had fallen from a high, out-of-reach window). He explained clearly and documented with photos the conditions needing repair, and we approved his doing the project. The work started in a few days and proceeded swiftly, but thoroughly. He found a new hole on the roof after starting working. He fixed it without extra charge. Very nice and flexible charging. You know, he can decide anything because he is the boss. Second, Carlos is a diligent man who helped us find the entrance to 2nd floor attic. We just bought the current house and always thought that we only had one attic entrance... The other three roofers didn't find the entrance at all. Third, quickest offering service. we met 3 days after I sent the request. Carlos sent the estimate to me just the next day after he visited my house. Carlos came to fix the roof on the first sunny day after I told him to hire him. This is water leak, not one of the bulbs shut off. Reasonable price, diligent and knowledgeable, quick service. I recommend him.
